At my local supermarket, I happened to find Panini’s Dragon Ball Z: Heroes & Villains booster packs in the vending machine. These cards were released in 2015, so they were sitting in this vending machine for up to 10 years at this point. Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to buy a single pack.

The Funimation logo is nostalgic in its own right as it was the one they used from roughly 2011 to 2016. I won’t be buying the rest of the booster packs in the vending machine, but it made me wonder how many other vending machines have ancient booster packs just sitting in them.
